Welcome to The Ross, offering charming and spacious two-bedroom accommodation located within the historic Moat House building of Fort Augustus Abbey. This two-level holiday apartment offers self-catering in Fort Augustus through a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm with views over the approach alley of lime trees and a cricket pitch. Please note that access is via five flights of steps – there is no lift in our historic building.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay at The Ross

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with views overlooking the serene Cloister Garden. The en-suite bathroom comes with a shower for your convenience. The second bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. A day bed in a secluded area upstairs can be used for an additional guest for a small fee, by arrangement only. Let us know if you need this when booking. Additionally, there is a family bathroom equipped with a “telephone” shower over the bath, a WC, and a wash basin. The Ross apartment is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable self-catering experience. The fully outfitted kitchen includes all the essentials and a comprehensive selection of cookware and utensils.
